Joel Parris

Joel is the husband to Estie and father to Peytra, Emmy and Asher. He attended Multnomah Seminary 20 years ago, and has been serving in a variety of ministry roles throughout the years. In the Spring of 2018, Joel and Estie started dreaming and praying specifically about church planting and how God might use them to grow His kingdom. After completing a church planting residency with Soma Spokane, Joel is now in the beginning stages of establishing a new gospel centered work in the city of Coeur d’Alene. He is the lead planter and preaching pastor with DOXA. Joel enjoys reading good books, basketball, tennis and climbing, and spending time outdoors and with his family.
